Every team needs its own key.Without a key, everyone on the venue Wi-Fi shares one pool of 1,000 requests an hour (rate limits, checked Nov 4), and every team without a key stops when it runs out. One person per team is enough. Signing in through Claude or ChatGPT counts the same as a key.

Keenable's docs don't give an expiry for credits from a code. Purchased credits never expire (keenable.ai/pricing).
